Lemon maple smoothie:
- Water – 200 ml of filtered water at room temperature
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp pure organic maple syrup
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp flax oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
Add an blend all the above ingredients in a blender or shaker.
